All references to bluetooth should be removed because we won't be using it in this book (otherwise we would have to make the reader get more hardware).

@japaric, I went ahead and removed all the obvious bluetooth references. I think the stuff regarding serial adapters may still be necessary, but let me know if those should go too. |
